All the species you mentioned are included in the Plant Database and have a realistic file assigned for rendering.
I guess you have one or more filters enabled that are preventing you from finding them:
There is a button to clear all filters at once. You should also select “All” in the Top-Left combo box. In the title bar you can see the number of species available in the current list. With no filters you should have +8000 species:
