pictureFrame tiff copy pasted from one file to another is just grey

I have copy pasted a tiff image placed with PictureFrame a year or so ago across to another rhino V5 file and all is good, then select a second one and its just grey.

select it and look at material properties and its name and location are all there, as per the source file, but the image doesnt show.

What can I do to get it to show as it does in the source file ?

Hi Steve - see if setting the path by navigating to the image file again sorts it out.

Hi, Tried that, go open , select the image and browse to its file location, select it and go ‘open’ and ok, but no joy,
