so a few things, your card is not up to spec, we require 4gb vram in your video card and you are running 2.
you also have a hybrid laptop and anytime you run unplugged it will run on the intel video which only has 1gb vram, so performance will be even worse.
that aside, we try to eliminate any 3rd party add on to see their impact. I see you have the "2shapes " plugin installed. I’d disable that temporarily to see what changes.
you also want to make sure that your windows install is completely updated. You may need to run windows update a few times if you have not done so in awhile.
while you are at it, see if you can get them to grab a new machine for you with an Nvidia RTX card in it… you will be amazed at the performance improvement over what you are using which is quite obsolete.
