PDF Print of custom furniture style not working correctly

I made a custom furniture style for a ceiling fan but it looks off when I print to PDF. This is what it comes out like

But this is what it is supposed to look like

Does anyone know what the issue is here?

Just discovered that if I use Adobe print to PDF instead of Rhino print to PDF it comes out better
