Need help with pdf export. when exported locally curves are to scale but when it is downloaded online curves are not to scale. Is this a bug? has anyone else encountered this problem? I am using shapediver 1.13 plugin.

Is it possible for you to create a minimal definition that reproduces the issue? It would help our team investigate your issue.
It is possible that the issue comes from the method you are using to scale your document. In particular if you are using the component below to convert to point units, you need to make sure it is not set to Rhino, otherwise it is using the Rhino units (which can be different on our servers than your local units).
@Tony_Lam I just uploaded exactly that file you are attaching here to ShapeDiver and it works as expected. Could you please download version 1.13.1 of the plugin and see if that works?

I tested your definition in Rhino 6 and get the same wrong results as online. Therefore I am assuming you are uploading your definition to the Rhino 6 backend. If you have a premium account, you can switch by going to https://www.shapediver.com/app/settings/backend. There you can update the active backend system (choose the one running Rhino 7) and try uploading the definition again. Let me know if that works.
Mathieu THANK YOU!! It was driving me mad. It works now.
