Hi all, I am trying to reproduce this exact shape from the photo (attached).
I already modeled something very close, but I still cannot match the same behavior / curvature the real object has. Can anyone please guide me or point me in the right direction?

I would make it using simple loft from a bunch of vertical planar curves

thank you so much for your help, I have two questions:

how can we cut the bottom part without damaging the overall geometry? (i showed in the attached picture)

how can we vary the spacing between layers irregularly, not at a uniform distance?
