Osnap - Project to cplane issues

Hello,

why is the end point of the command “line perpendicular” not projected to the cplane like other points do when “project = on”?
Why is the start and end point not projected to the cplane when adding a dimension while other points do?

Different behavoirs on the same snap point on different commands is confused…

It appears there is also an issue of project not working when tracking off of a blue S-Track point.
