Option to export as Illustrator (.ai) - not showing up

Hello,

My option to export a closed planar curve as an Illustrator file (.ai) is not showing up in the list of alternatives.

Rhino version is:
Version 8 SR18
(8.18.25100.11001, 2025-04-10)
Educational

Windows version is:
10.0.26100 Build 26100

I had access to the export alternative not too long ago, but not anymore and I would like to have it back.

Pls check the Illustrator plugin is loaded,

First thing to check is - using the PluginManager command in Rhino - that the Adobe Illustrator plugin is loaded:
