by the way, I’m also on windows 10 and OpenNest 2 works like a charm!

by using 360 rotations you are telling OpenNest to try 360 different angles… that can become a bit time consuming 
(but I believe you will eventually get a solution if you let it calculate long enough…)
lowering the rotations to something like 36 (which is steps of 10 degrees) you already get solutions pretty fast:
