Objects disappear inside block in shaded mode.
Usually occurs while I create many sub blocks.
Is there any way to fix that?

Hi -
Thanks - that looks like that ought to work.
Does this happen with any file or is this file-specific?
-wim
It happen with any file.
It’s work fine at first.
Usually happend after I create many levels of sub blocks. ex: 100+kinds of block in this rhino file. And some blocks are inside other blocks. These block which has many levels of subblock will disappear, other blocks are display normally.
If I explode these subblocks inside the block, it will display normally too.
Hi -
That does sound like somewhat file-specific.
Can you post a file here, or, if it can’t be public, upload it on Rhino - Upload to Support with reference to this thread?
-wim
Block Disappear2.3dm (893.0 KB)
I copy the disappear block out to a single file. The belower block cannot display in shader mode. I have to explode the block to show it.
Hi -
I can see this in the file that you posted and in a simplified version of that file:
I can’t, however, recreate this from scratch in a new file. I see there is 3rd party plug-in data attached in your file and wonder if you can reproduce this behavior in a new file without any such plug-ins loaded?
You can also simply remove transparency from the layer color of layer “2” - that will make all objects visible in shaded mode.
