The surfaces at the tabs at the top do not show anything. Double-click search does not find any components in the surfaces.
i have seen that with an installation to an encrypted harddrive when I had truble with the decryption.
Try repairing the installation. If you are on window then go to settings > apps > installed apps > rhino > click on the three dots and click modify. Then a dialog box should pop up with the repair button.
