If I do not want the NOTES panel to import the block info everytime I open the file, how do I turn that off?

To make sure I am clear, my notes panel loads block data that has been imported clogging up the panel. Is this an option that can be turned off, when blocks are imported their info do not get pasted into notes panel?
I think you need to be more precise about what you are doing
my guess is that you mean you are importing some other file format into rhino, and that the importer for that format is putting stuff in your notes
