Hello!
I just downloaded Rhino 6 and I don’t have any toolbars, default templates and every command under “tools” is an “unknown command” when I click on any of them. Also, “Unable to load default render plug-in” is the very first command line message.
I’m using a new computer with Windows 10, any thoughts on what I should do?
If the installer ran successfully, then you should be able to type the “ToolbarReset” command, and follow the instructions to close and restart Rhino.
Any luck?
I tried that, it comes back as “unknown command”.
Then I have to assume that the install failed.
In Control panel > Programs and Features, if Rhino 6 is on the list, Uninstall it.
Then close and restart Windows.
Next, since it’s a new computer, please run Windows’ Check for Updates.
Download and install everything it suggests.
Then restart Windows and run Check for Updates again.
Repeat until Windows says it’s up to date.
Then download the installer again and run it.
It should be about 261MB.
I can 't tell if your Windows needs to be updated because this is a new computer, or if you tried to install Rhino V6 some other way.

Well, I did as you suggested and as it turns out there were quite a bit of updates.
Here is my problem now. I can’t uninstall Rhino 6 using Uninstall Program.
When I do I get this in notepad on the desktop.
