NEW UI - Cannot move cursor with arrow keys when renaming a layer

In V7, if you rename a layer, you can move the cursor left/ right with the arrow keys.
In V8 WIP, if you rename a layer and attempt to move the cursor, the left arrow key jumps to the parent layer and/ or closes the parent layer when it is at the top of the hierarchy. Please fix this.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a new file
  2. Go to the layers panel
  3. Nest one layer in another layer or create a sublayer
  4. Rename nested layer by double clicking the name or hitting F2
  5. Hit the left arrow key to move to the cursor to a different position

Notice that you are no longer renaming the layer.

This is on Rhino 8 WIP (8.0.22277.12305, 2022-10-04), Windows 10.

As far as I can see this works here with right arrow and not with left, I’ll get it on the pile, thanks.
