Need Help on removing Rhino8 license on standalone laptop

My laptop is currently having a windows reinstallment. Told me to remove a license from a laptop with the same name. It’s confusing. can’t remove it. Been hours struggling with this issue. Please help. Already contacted sales via e-mail still no reply.
