Named Cplane reverting to default automatically

Hi, I am working with a Named Cplane which I created and saved. The issue I am finding is that from time to time, Rhino is reverting to the default Cplane automatically. This means I have to regularly double-click on my saved Cplane to re-activate it.
Has anyone else encountered this?
I wonder if I am re-activating the default Cplane inadvertently, but none of the keyboard shortcuts I use regularly seem to correspond with such a command.

Hello- are you resetting the view as you work? Named views can reset the plane:

Hi, all 3 of those options were checked. I turned them off to see what happened and the Named Cplane I created no longer worked - turning off those options disabled my Named Cplane.

Could you provide the steps that you take to save and restore a named CPlane?

Sure:
CPLANE > 3POINT > “select origin and x axis” (NB no prompt is given to select other axes) > NAMED CPLANE MENU > click “save” and title accordingly
