Purchased and STL file for a St. Christopher medal, and was able to improve and Boolean the mesh to the medallion here, but then my casters sent me wax pictures and there’s a MatrixGold logo that shows up after 3D printing. I went back to look all in the STL mesh within Rhino8 and can’t see this anywhere. Any ideas on how to get rid of this ghost logo, and how to see it before printing (if possible)? The STL file is too big to upload here but if that’s helpful I can reduce its size for any mesh-detectives.
The mesh could be on a layer with a fully transparent color. You might see it if you select all…
Thanks for the suggestion! Alas, I SelAll and nothing else shows up. I’m uploading the same STL I used to grow but without the logo (for customer anonymity).

Don’t see anything like the Matrix logo you showed in that .stl file either in Rhino or in Bambu Studio.
maybe they used the watermark3d service
What is the 3d printer you used?
Hello, I think it was an Asiga of some sort. But I asked my casters and they said they did put it through MatrixGold for some pre-processing reason (didn’t know they did that), so maybe that somehow added it? But after I quad-remeshed it, then resent the STL after that, there was no MatrixGold logo, so neither they nor me can figure it out.
Thanks for checking! Must have been something that happened when the casters used MatrixGold to maybe either check the file or add supports, or just evaluating the mesh before going into the 3D printer layer-maker step.
