My wireframe doesn’t appear

Have issue with install of WIP , the wire frame ( line work ) is not showing up in any of my viewports.
If I turn on shaded view however, the objects are present and I can select objects as well. Just don’t show up in wireframe after drawing.
any thoughts ?

Hi Lucas -

That’s a known issue with recent OpenGL drivers for your GPU. You can either try an older version of those drivers, or, in Rhino Options -> View -> OpenGL, uncheck the option for using GPU tessellation.

In Options > View > OpenGL, uncheck the “GPU Tessellation” option.
The current AMD drivers are a bit dodgy and this seems to sort it.

Any luck?

Hello,

I’m having the same issue. Every display mode works fine except Wireframe. But the other problem is, that my selections won’t highlight in yellow in any of the display modes.

I tried unchecking the GPU Tessellation, but it didn’t do anything.

This issue is in Rhino 8 run on VMWare.

Any help is appreciated.

VMWare and other virtualization schemes are not supported…

I understand that they’re not officially supported, but absolutely everything works fine except for this, so I was wondering if maybe there was some way to fix it – specially the selection issue.

Display issues like this are a primary reason we can’t support vmware.

I understand, thank you anyways.
