My Rhino 7 for Mac crashes when I render my 3D models

I am using Rhino 7 as a student for DVC. When I try to render any of my digital models’ rhino crashes. I have tried reinstalling Rhino but it still doesn’t work. I need help urgently as the project is due soon.

Thank you

Yes, HELP, I also have urgent deadlines and since last update Rhino crashes continuously. Terminal window shows this as last odd error…

Jun 11 11:32:06 Rhinoceros[24021] : kvImagePrintDiagnosticsToConsole: vImageConverter: kCGBitmapByteOrder16Little is not allowed on 8-bit images with pixel size of 32 bits.

Hi @isabela.dean,

Can you post a 3dm file that crashes please when you run the Render command and also post the results of your SystemInfo command run in Rhino 7? You can email if you don’t want to post these here. My guess is that a macOS update may help or that you have the problem due to a plugin you installed.

@rene3 Please provide the same if you still need help.

My mac is on the latest maOS update. I have also tried rendering on a different mac, which also has the latest update, and after a day it started crashing when I rendered also.
I have also found that none of my rhino models render.

Thank you for your help

Please post the result of running the “SystemInfo” command in Rhino 7. Your file does not crash rendering it here in Rhino 7 for Mac. Did you also send in the crash report to McNeel? If so, was it from the email address you use for your forum account here?

@isabela.dean you may want to try the steps from this reply

Yes, I did send a report but I think I sent it from my other email,
Here is the ‘SystemInfo’:
