Mouseover tool hints don't change in Rhino8

Hi,
v8
rollout the booleans, happened to hover the Boolean split, then move to the left and everything is declared the same name.
try this on another tool, anything to left of a tool shows that tools name when mouse then moved to the left of it, so all tools seem to be the same command.
not knowing the icon the name that appears is essential, and so this is not doing what I was used to in V5.

and on a variation of this, see attached, this time I went from the ‘create solid’ to the icon I recall was boolean difference but it wasnt it was intersection, could have sworn blind I had the right one remembering the icon.

so confusing.

basic stuff.

@Steve1 I could not replicate that behavior here. Can you run _SystemInfo and post back the results?

Hi, just tried again, and still doing it, tried V5 slick no delay changes for each one.
V7, as V5.
same file open each time or similar.
