I dusted off this old, well-loved old chestnut to test some materials and do some more denoiser testing.
This was Designed by Greg Padginton at Mattel back in 2007- I was lucky enough to be their go to modeler for building all the First release cars at the time. This was done in Rhino v4 and rendered today in rhino render with Nvidia denoisers running.
It ran to 150 samples in 19.47 seconds on a 20 core i9 with a quadro rtx 5000.
