Middle mouse pop up toolbar broken

its popping up as a tall/long tool bar, not readily useable. Need it to be the nice wide rectangle I set it to but it doesn’t remember it.

Hey Kyle, any word on this yet? Kind of surprised this is not fixed by now, is the middle mouse popup just not a popular user feature?
