Middle mouse button customize crash

Hi,

I am facing issue when trying to customise mid button popup menu in Rhino 8 on Win.
I’ve been creating a custom popup menu in previous versions by dragging icons while pressing CTRL to copy into the toolbar.

Is there a new procedure in RH8? Can this be applied to OSX RH8?

What is your Rhino 8 version? Is it updated?

In last versions for Windows the popup menu toolbar behave the same as in Rhino 7…
