Metahopper 1.2.4 not loading on Mac (Rhino 7.19.22180.09002, GH 1.0.0007)

Kind of a weird problem here. I used package manager to install Grasshopper along with several other components. The other components work as expected. But Metahopper is just… missing in action. No toolbar entry in grasshopper, saved files with Metahopper components pop the “Unrecognized Objects” window.

I have verified that MetaHopper.gha appears in ~/Library/Application Support/McNeel/Rhinoceros/packages/7.0/metahopper/1.2.4

For troubleshooting, I manually copied MetaHopper.gha from that location to the directory shown by File → Special Folder → Components. Restarting Rhino and Grasshopper after that gets me the “duplicate plugin” dialog, but no matter which one I pick, no MetaHopper in GH.

Rhino package manager shows Metahopper 1.2.4 installed.

Anyone seen something like this? If it was on Windows it would sound like the classic “Unblock” issue, but pretty sure that’s not the case here.

I don’t think the latest version is compatible with MacOS.

Works with Rhino 7 on MacOS. Don’t know if it works with Rhino 8.
