Hello,
I am studying the Villa Savoye models, and I find that the wall and slab components are merged together in the section, how do i recreate this effect.
Is it also possible to achieve this with beam component?
Thank you

Hi @SAMS this feature is not available on beams, unfortunately. We plan to implement it in future versions. I’ll keep you posted.
Hello, I see, I am trying to recreate this, is this done automatically, or is there any parameter I should click to merge the slab and wall?
Thanks
Slabs and walls intersect automatically. When they have the same section attributes, the intersection line hides. Depending on the slab and the wall layer types, you will control the priorities of their intersection.
Check out the VisualARQ help for more information:
Thank you
@SAMS I let you know that we finally included in VisualARQ 3 a command ( vaAddInterferences ) to calculate the interferences between VisualARQ objects. That way you can calculate the intersection between beams and slabs.
Thank you for the update.
