Hello, I have imported several mesh files created from pointclouds with a ton of overlap an duplicates faces. Is there a simple way to merge the individual mesh files into one mesh and delete duplicate faces?
not easily in rhino…you can merge meshes, but that will give you a pile of polygons that won’t help much- You can use a program like zbrush to remesh it using their “dynamesh” tool…That will effectively “shrink warp” your current data set ad allow you to have a clean, unified mesh-
Is there any progress on this? Since SelDupl doesn’t work on meshes and I have some of them which makes it not possible to join the surfaces when converting into NURBS
