How does one set up OpenNest (1.5.2) so that the 16th shape is included on the same sheet as the other 15 instead of placing it on a second sheet (not shown below)?

Decrease the spacing required. This is using 0.5. If the spacing needs to be something specific for tooling, then one workaround is to increase the size of the sheet slightly to compensate (usually the same size as the required spacing, i.e. if you need 10mm spacing then increase the sheet width and depth by 10mm all around).
