Materials preview icons are not showing in the Library

For some reason the materials in the library are showing without their colors. Do anyone know what should I use to open the materials with in the library so I can see the color of each material instead of seeing Rhino file sign?

Hi
Run: “TestRestoreLibraryFileAssociations” in Rhino.
That should re-register the thumbnail previewer dll.
