Material panel in WIP stays black after update

Material thumbnails are black

@mary With version 9.0.26118.12305 (2026-04-28) of Rhino, the problem has disappeared and the materials are now working again. [Cattura]

This new update installs a Tsjech (?) version instead of English

I think they added all language support to the WIP installer file recently, maybe a bug crept in somewhere. Can you select English in Options>Appearance and restart Rhino? You may need to figure out what the equivalent of Options>Appearance is in in Czech… Otherwise, you could also try going into Windows control panel>Programs and Features, find Rhino WIP in the list, right-click and choose “Change”, then “Modify” and then “Select Languages”, then check (Czech?) which boxes are checked.
