Managing overhangs in TopoSolids in Revit

Hello, thanks to the Add TopoSolid component of Rhino Inside Revit, it is possible to generate TopoSolids in Revit from a mesh in Rhinoceros. However, if the mesh representing the topography has an overhang, the result in Revit will be incorrect. Is there a way to handle overhangs in Revit when generating a TopoSolid from Grasshopper?

Without overhang it’s ok

With overhang it’s not ok

The points are going to try to efficient in that case.

The Revit Sample file uses Voids and Joined Elements to control this overhang.

Can we create Voids and Joined Elements using nodes of Rhino inside Revit for TopoSolid ? I had a look and I don’t really get the impression. It seems that the management of TopoSolid creation with RhinoInsideRevit is quite limited ?

We cover what is offered in the Revit API

There aren’t RiR components assigning voids/joins and such, which are typically one off operations. There are scripted versions of join elements on the forum.

Ok, Thanks Japhy
