Make2D missing lines from model

Im trying to get the plans and section for my model but make2D keeps missing
Lines I’ve tried everything from making the tolerance from 0.001 to 0.00001 splitting it, have no idea what to do?

Please provide us as much information as possible.

Ideally the geometry, if you can’t provide a small public example you can upload privately to mcneel tech support. tech support upload

System Info is really helpful as well. Type SystemInfo in the command line and paste the results here please.

Make2d’s output has improved over the years but I have never gotten useable output on this one or most of the others I have done since,
