Make 2d not working

Hi,

I was trying to generate elevations with Make2D of the attached rhino file. However, since the file size is very large and geometry rather complex, it’s taking forever. Does anyone know any alternative solutions?

Hello - that is a lot of mesh edges… you can try fattening the file tolerance in DocumentProperties > Units to say .1 (pretty large, make sure to set it back) and see if you get acceptable results.
