It sets the view to Perspective, yes. But it doesn’t set the CPlane…
'_SetView _World _Perspective _CPlane _World _Top
this is similar to to this [solved topic] Perspective view doesn't set CPlane (like I thought it used to)

Or perhaps a bug got unintentionally fixed in this weekend build.
It wasn’t working a couple of days ago… and there were several issues keyboard options, [I’m running these view macros with hotkeys assigned to buttons]
