Set View Issue

After changing the view using the tools in the Set View tab, I’m having to go to the CPlanes tab to match up with the View just selected. Seems the CPlane would auto match the selected View.
What do I not understand?

My View setup is the same.
However, when I select the perspective icon from Set View tab I get the cplane grid shown here… (instead of the Top view cplane)

Ah - OK- Perspective does not set the cplane - if you want it to, always, then add to the macro on that button - _CPlane World Top
