(LunchBox) Need help lofting diamond panels

Hi, I’m trying to make a sphere to print that looks like a pine cone, I basically copied the pattern of a video on youtube the problem is that I can’t loft each flake like in this video min 1:30 any help?

Loft seems fine here. Didn’t change anything - just opened your files.

yes thanks for the reply i fixed the error, but now the tip of each scale are barely separated making it difficult to print it. Do you have any idea how can i put this 3 points together?

With the Lunchbox, you have to face the seam problem. Instead, use Ngon.

Hey man, thank you very much this was what i needed. 1 question tho, trying to open the last bake part in cura it creates a normal sphere together with the figure that is inseparable

The V0 is open BREP.
V1 are closed BREPs.
1 is just capped, 2 is capped and bottom trimmed for FDM printing.
