I am trying to create a solid using two breps, the original and the lofted brep but i don´t get it with this code. Could somebody help me?

how about something like this?
Just activate the Align sections option in the loft.

Although to be honest I would use the section of the brep to extrude it along the distance, but you know better what is your initial geometry and constraints
