License manager failed to initialize - error 200 - Rhino 7.15 Trial

February i want to start it again but it failed to open with an error message from the license manager.
“failed to initialize license manager … error 200”

Make sure that there are no pending updates for your Windows installation.
Apart from that, here are two more suggestions:

try repairing your vc runtime and your .net 1st - vc runtime here-: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe restart and try rhino- no luck? then repair your .net. https://aka.ms/DotnetRepairTool
