How do I increase the length of an extrusion made with Extrude Planar Curve?
Scale1D or MoveFace(if the Mac version has these…)
Hi bware - You can turn on the control points- there will be three- and pull on the one at the end- the movement is not constrained so you may need to jump thorugh some hoops with Osnaps and Tab direction lock to get it to stay in line. If the extrusion is vertical use Command-Drag or Move > Vertical to constrain the point. Gumball can also help.

My favourite is to command+click the extruded edge(s) , or surface if extruded solid, and pull with GumBall.
You can do this but it will no longer be an extrusion object, if that matters.
