Length of the edges & Quad Remesh

In the case of the Quad Remesh component, how do you control the length of the edges?

Hi @eghbalpourf,

See the attached example.

Target Edge Length Quad Remesh (1).gh (35.0 KB)

The Target Edge Length is computed by taking the area of the mesh * the square of the desired edge length which will give you the Target Quad Count estimate.

Hi Dale, this does not work for edge lengths between 0 and 1, is there an alternative? Thanks!

Hi @ShynnSup,

Rather than reopening a 2-year-old thread, can you open a new one? Include the version and platform of Rhino and a model you are having difficulties with.
