Legacy V7/V6 license pages in French aren't working

A client just sent me a mail and that they couldn’t download legacy licenses for V7 or V6 because there was no place to insert the license. I checked and they are correct. The English page for V7 looks like this:

The same page in French looks like this:

Same thing with V6 English/French. I checked and it is working correctly in German.

I checked in both Chrome and Firefox (all I have here) - not working in either.
