Had a couple of files where the layout pages are not saving to PDF. I go through the motions as I’ve done a thousand times, everything looks the same when saving out from the print dialogue box, yet no PDF document appears in the folder where its been saved too. Using V5 windows 10, saving Microsoft Print To PDF.
(System Info has also disappeared from the help drop down menu)
FYI v5 hasn’t had a System Info ever, it is a v6 thing
Still having this problem today, does anybody have any ideas ?
this problem persists, I think it’s Windows 10, I followed this link, nothing has worked, not being able to save to PDF is causing me headaches

You might want to try an alternative pdf printer like cutepdf, pdf995, or Adobe
