Pdf print all layouts not working occasionally

Hi,
I ran into Pdf print all layouts not working occasionally on a few different occasions in the last week.
In that case I had to use the multiple page option then it worked. Rhino would print blank pages. I had to exit and restart rhino to get it to work or use the workaround when it happened.

Have you figured out a pattern that is likely to get into this situation?

Hi John,
No pattern that I can discern, I thought at first it was a due to long sessions but then I tried opening a fresh rhino and printing and it happened then as well. Just tried again and Rhino worked fine.
