I have a workspace saved, and all my toolbars stay where they should for the most part. Then sporadically throughout a year, they will just change, reset, disappear, who knows. I just need to separate the “layers” tool bar from the properties toolbar as shown:
The desired effect will be a separate columns of tool bars next to each other.
I do not need the little useless toolbar:
And, how on earth do you find the “layers” toolbar?
