Layer State Problem

The files attached contain geometry extractedd from a large file I cannot share. It has started as Rhino 7 file but I saved it as Rhino 8 today.

I saved two layer states but the layer state manager somehow seems to be broken in Rhino 8 with this file.

I’ve saved the Rhino 8 file backwards as Rhino 7 file and opened it in Rhino 7. The layer states work fine.

The fix is in, check tomorrow’s WIP by running _GetIssueState for RH-76102
