Kink in Ruled Surface

When I use ruled surface a kink/overlap occurs sometimes. Also when using loft this sort of kink occurs. The seams of the curves align and are not near the kink. What could be the problem and how could I solve this? Don’t mind the unused parameters on the left I tried to cut out all the clutter from my complete script.

With such clean curves you can use Sweep2.

Fit Curve is another option.
