Keyboard Shortcut (CTRL+SHIFT+L = Fullscreen) doesn't work

Dear all,
seems that this shortcut which I bound to StrokeIt mouse gestures was working before and now stopped somehow.
Double-checked with no idea.

Does somebody know what is going on? Thank you!
