add 5 axis. or even 3+2, and TCPC and DWCS for HAAS. 
mecsoft days are fun 
I used to use that software between 2004-2008, but then I chose masterscam, after evaluating the whole industry at the time. masterscam has been doing the job much better ever since.
anytime I ever do an evaluation of mecsoft, once every 3 yrs or so, I always see silly bugs and dysfunctionalities.
for now mastterscam is the best cad/sCam of all the cam’s 
someday though us users need a cam solution that’s not a sCam.
unfortunately CNC’s would have to be reinvented as well. there’s way too much of a separation between cad/cam/cnc. too many corporate veils.
There’s a ton of niches that need to be filled. Well at least 2. One being small compact affordable y-axis dual spindle lathes, and second being small compact affordable 5-axes mills.
but cam software’s don’t want to be responsible for the cnc control processing of their information. all these companies like to absolve themselves from the responsibility of making cnc machines ‘move well’ according to their kinematics, etc.
the user is left paying the price. i.e. the proverbial $10k-$20k hidden “processor” post secrets.

I don’t have good speakers at work and find your videos very quiet. I have an extension in chrome and even with the volume set to 400% I can barely hear anything.

Very exciting news - KaroroCAM V1 has been released into the wild today - please check the package manager for the update.
Current pricing is:
USD$20 for a 30 day license - pay as you need, no contracts or min periods
USD$300 for a lifetime license
Licenses are valid for use on two computers.

As discussed on email - I had missed a bunch of messages thanks mainly to our usual summer season madness that happens in my industry in Cape Town.
KaroroCAM development is certainly planned, its only another 4 weeks or so before the season winds down and I get back to ‘normal’ office life.
For more general interest I have a surfboard building project cued up that will use KaroroCAM, with the plan to document the whole process.

Been working on the 3D roughing and finishing toolpaths, with some nice improvements added.

I have had some recent feed back on issues installing KaroroCAM on MacOS.
The latest version of KaroroCAM is now up on the Package Manager - V1.2502.20 - with a number of changes to help ease install issues.
