Hi. I’m so sorry this is barely my 2nd attempt at using Karamba and Rhino as I usually work with SketchUp but my lecturer demanded us to learn about it so here’s my problem:
I tried to do a simple load analysis like where will it deform, bend, etc. I used script from my previous groupwork which worked decently (not 100% tho, we got issues on Support, etc) and changed the input curves to my own model. My said model, is from SketchUp, which is not tidy enough either, so I tried to do
A: Extract curves, bake (which ended up with curves frame of each column/beams/slab), then manually delete excess lines leaving me with only 1 curve of each elements. This, I input to Line-To-beam
A failed, which similar result to B where it looks like this
B: I see that most of my beams lines area misaligned etc so I draw it manually so it actually crossover the columns which I thought would fix some support issues but no, my model exploded
That’s my story. I’m sorry I can’t really ask or pinpoint what I’m confused at. Maybe all I can wonder is whether it’s script issue or should I actually draw my whole Column-beam-slab lines properly from 0.
Here’s my files. Thanks in advance.
