to bring your geometry into Karamba you need to first extract the analytical axis of your elements as lines which can be then converted into Beams in Karamba. You need to define the cross sections to simulate the shape and size of the members. You can look at the example on https://www.karamba3d.com/examples/simple/optimization-of-support-positions/ to see how a gridshell can be set up in Karamba.
