Join cropped hexagons

Hi

I am trying to put joining circles on hexagons that have been split off from their original shape so that they can be connected with each other and with the uncropped hexagons, fitting a circle to the cropped hexagons seem to work a little bit but still causes some errors, is there a way to make them both fit with each other and the uncropped hexagons?

Hi, please check the file attached. You can probably find a better solution with a little more time, but I think it works.
